Really good breakfast choices

The location was magnificent and perfect, for example, Marina Grande was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast offered variety of OUTSTANDING meals. The place had a family atmosphere.

Everything was good and the view was outstanding. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was a huge variety of decent food. Enjoyed the deluxe king room I was given, it had a balcony and a terrace. The staff I met were phenomenal and fabulous. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a stone stairway was charming and super.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

We loved the amazing view from our room and the convenient location right by the ferry! Plus, we enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace for some relaxation. It felt great to explore the marina and easy to get to the funicular to the town.

Very clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking port, nice bathroom, very convenient to ferry and boats fot touring island from water or day trips. So no walking around with luggage to find hotel. Most staff very polite and very helpful. Nice breakfast overlooking port.

The sound of the ferry motor during the night as it waited in port for early crossing was annoying and forced me to close the balcony door. I probably would have stayed up the hill near to Capri center had I understood the geography of the island when I booked... I like to go out for dinner and drinks after 10 pm and the funicular up to Capri center from port closes around 10/11 pm. There are a couple pizzerias in evening, but otherwise not much to do in port (trip was in mid-May).

I loved that i could walk to marina grande beach in less than a 5-minute walk and take the funicular to the town of capri so easily. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

Incredible place. The hotels manager,Dominick, went out of his way for our trip and accomodated us at the last minute! We will be back!

Wifi internet access was not accessible from the room.

There in Capri, everything is commercialized, however this hotel accomotation is very warm. It is very convenient due to the location near to the port.

No restaurant for dinner, but it is no problem.

Fine Views with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the amazing sea view from my room! The breakfast on the terrace featured delicious pastries and local cheeses. There were issues with the room cleanliness and slow service. A tip , request fresh towels ahead of time to avoid delays.

The room was amazing! Very beautiful and the view was the best! I liked having music available at no extra charge on the TV. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful as well...would have liked to lounge on the terrace, but it was a bit chilly during our stay.

The only comment I would have is that it would have been nice to have someone help with luggage up the stairs, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. Burning more calories, means eating more pasta!

The very pleasant and efficient staff.

The beds were very hard, but I think this may be the standard in Italy as we encountered this elsewhere. I probably wouldn't have noticed except for a recent back injury.This is not a complaint, just an observation

The terrace restaurant with fine sea views was perfect for our family dinner. The staff was accommodating, even giving us a spacious room for our large breed dog. Breakfast was especially good, with a wide array of pastries and fresh fruit.

In my children's opinion, the pool area could be larger and better for families to enjoy.

The location is perfect, just steps from marina grande, with fine views of the water. The breakfast had an excellent selection of freshly baked Italian breads and cakes, and the staff were hospitable.

I had a very very good stay in a long time. It was a modern hotel, nesteled in a chic building. Booked a room with panoramic views of the marina. The venue had a central setting close to the bus stop that could take me to other locations on the island such as Anacapri or Marina Piccola.
